We're looking for a proactive Junior Merchandiser / Buyer with around 3 years' experience to join a fast-growing international fashion business. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll support key retail accounts, coordinate product development, and ensure smooth communication between customers, design teams, and production.

Key responsibilities

  • Support major UK and European retail accounts, including customer communication and data management
  • Coordinate product development from concept to delivery
  • Monitor margins, costings, and on-time delivery
  • Liaise with international factories and teams to resolve production issues
  • Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in merchandising, buying, or fashion production
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding of retail systems, costings, and margin analysis
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
