We're looking for a proactive Junior Merchandiser / Buyer with around 3 years' experience to join a fast-growing international fashion business. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll support key retail accounts, coordinate product development, and ensure smooth communication between customers, design teams, and production.
Key responsibilities
- Support major UK and European retail accounts, including customer communication and data management
- Coordinate product development from concept to delivery
- Monitor margins, costings, and on-time delivery
- Liaise with international factories and teams to resolve production issues
- Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in merchandising, buying, or fashion production
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of retail systems, costings, and margin analysis
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
