We are working with a British luxury interiors brand, renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design and a commitment to quality. With an established international presence and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to appoint a Digital Performance Manager to drive digital growth across the UK, European and US markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical marketer to take ownership of performance marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, and digital optimisation initiatives.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will use data and performance insights to shape strategy, optimise campaigns, improve customer journeys and deliver measurable business results. You will also play a key role in managing external agency partners, ensuring digital activity is aligned with business objectives, performance targets are achieved and opportunities for growth are continually identified.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own performance across paid digital channels, including PPC, Paid Social and customer acquisition activity.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external agencies, ensuring delivery against KPIs and business objectives.
  • Optimise and manage CRM marketing activity, ensuring effective lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and channel effectiveness.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to support data‑led decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital activity aligns with wider marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment.
  • Lead testing and optimisation initiatives across audiences, creative, landing pages and digital channels.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Act as the internal expert on digital performance, providing strategic recommendations and optimisation opportunities.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience within Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Paid Social, Email Marketing, SEO and Website Optimisation.
  • Experience managing and optimising campaigns to achieve measurable growth and performance objectives.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, GA4, reporting tools and digital performance metrics.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Experience managing external agencies and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative and results‑driven approach.
