We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the full product lifecycle - from sample development through to bulk production - ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with the Merchandise Director, supporting key accounts and internal brands, coordinating with suppliers, offshore production teams, and customers to keep every stage of the process on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sampling process from development to approval.
- Liaise with offshore production teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Own and maintain the critical path, ensuring all key milestones and delivery dates are achieved.
- Communicate with customers regarding approvals for lab dips, trims, and other pre‑production elements.
- Attend fit sessions and customer meetings, providing production insights and follow‑ups.
- Prepare and maintain accurate costing sheets.
- Support the Merchandise Director with general administrative duties and daily coordination tasks.
