We are seeking an experienced Ladieswear Garment Technologist to join a dynamic fashion team. You will play a key role in ensuring our womenswear collections - from wovens and jerseys to loungewear, nightwear, swimwear, and underwear - are developed to the highest standard and delivered efficiently from design through to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the fit process from first sample to production approval, leading fit sessions with design teams.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and provide clear guidance to suppliers and factories.
  • Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to ensure garments meet fit, quality, and functional standards.
  • Monitor critical paths, manage workloads, and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Advise on grading, testing requirements, and wash care instructions, ensuring compliance and quality.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in garment technology, with a strong understanding of fit, construction, and supplier management. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality womenswear collections in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Working hours: 10am - 5.30pm - option for hybrid after settling in period.
