Responsibilities:
- Ensure online sales and conversion opportunities are maximised across the brand’s website and related channels through analysis and insight to drive the business forward.
- Identify and implement opportunities to drive sales across all sales‑generating areas of the website and related apps, analysing all aspects of the customer conversion funnel to maximise conversion.
- Assist in the day‑to‑day operational management of the brand’s website, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
- Ensure all digital activations and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevant critical paths.
- Play an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
