What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding service on the shop floor
• Supporting the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations and team supervision
• Opening and closing the store
• Managing stock and inventory with attention to detail
• Helping the team hit sales targets and smashing KPIs
• Motivating and coaching team members to reach their full potential

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a supervisory or store management role
• Tailoring experience is a must – you know your way around quality fits and finishes
• Strong background in fashion or premium retail
• A hands‑on leader who can adapt to changing priorities
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Confident, organised, and ready to make things happen
