Our client, a leading womenswear supplier, is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their multi-product ladieswear team, supporting Senior Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the ladieswear fashion supply sector, with experience managing high street and supermarket accounts. Our client is looking for someone with a proactive approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the critical path, managing lab dips and approvals efficiently to keep production on track.
- Handle client interactions daily, ensuring client expectations are met at a high standard.
- Collaborate closely with design teams on product development to exceed customer expectations, responding promptly to buyers' requests regarding sampling.
- Manage high-volume orders efficiently, ensuring all orders meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with overseas production teams and factories regarding first and final fit samples, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Liaise with the team, providing regular reports and updates to management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of margins, working alongside merchandisers and buyers to maximize profitability.
- Take full responsibility for all touchpoints from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and strong communication.
