We have an amazing opportunity for a Boutique Manager to join a beautiful fragrance store in their Flagship London Boutique.
The Boutique Manager will be responsible for:
- Creating, developing and managing a successful retail team.
- Delivering excellence in customer service, through selling skills, storytelling and experiences.
- Driving retail sales in order to achieve agreed weekly, monthly & annual targets.
- Managing month end processes to ensure everything is completed on time and in full, including stock ordering, staff hours to payroll, and banking.
- Preparing a weekly business update, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and future business requirements.
- Managing the retail team rota within guidelines & budget, ensuring hours are submitted to payroll on time.
- Driving and maintaining an accurate CRM database for the store.
- Partnering with the Leadership Team to leverage product, marketing & education assets to achieve objectives.
