An exciting opportunity has opened within a growing fashion business for a brand-new Assistant Merchandiser hire. This role sits within a small, hands-on team, offering broad responsibility and exposure across the full merchandising function - ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day trading across a multi-store retail base.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting - including performance reviews and insight presentations for management.
  • Support inventory planning: intake, allocations, sizing, and markdown/distribution strategy.
  • Monitor store performance, including occasional store visits and presenting findings to retail teams.
  • Partner with buying/product teams to support range building and seasonal buys.
  • Analyse online performance via Shopify and marketplace channels.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth intake and stock flow.
