We're looking for a Senior Sales Associate / Junior Assistant Store Manager to join a luxury childrenswear boutique in Central London. You'll support daily operations, stock management, CRM and VIP client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team coordination.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Manage CRM and drive personalised client outreach through WhatsApp, email and phone.
- Build lasting relationships with VIP clients and returning customers.
- Support private shopping appointments, events and client experiences.
- Deliver exceptional service and encourage strong clientelling across the team.
- Act as second-in-command in the Store Manager's absence.
What you'll bring
- Experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in a senior sales or supervisory role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
