We are partnering with a fast-growing consumer brands business to appoint a Senior Operations Lead to take ownership of its end-to-end operational function.
This is a key leadership role responsible for creating a joined-up, scalable operation across demand & supply planning, inventory, customer operations, logistics and 3PL management.
Leading a Small Specialist Team, You Will:
- Own the operational journey from forecast and supplier order through to customer delivery
- Drive stock availability, inventory health, service levels and working-capital performance
- Lead and challenge suppliers, freight partners, carriers and 3PLs
- Build stronger processes, controls and operational reporting
- Lead continuous improvement, ERP and automation initiatives
- Develop a high-performing, accountable operations team
- Ensure the operation is ready to support new brands, customers and market growth
We are looking for an experienced operational leader from beauty, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale or another inventory-led business, with strong commercial judgement and genuine end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
This would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving and wants the opportunity to build an operational function capable of supporting significant growth
