Were looking for a dynamic, ambitious CRM & Loyalty Manager to join a fast-growing women’s fashion brand!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where fresh ideas, creativity and commercial thinking are valued.
We’re looking for someone with 5–10 years’ experience in CRM and loyalty, ideally within fashion or retail, with hands‑on experience using CRM software such as Bloomreach, Klaviyo or Ometria, although experience with other CRM platforms is also welcome.
You’ll be commercially driven, passionate about customer engagement and retention, and confident turning data into results.
