About the Role
We’re looking for an Sales Associate to join a beautiful luxury fashion boutique in the heart of London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves luxury fashion but, more importantly, loves building genuine relationships with clients.
You’ll be working with both new and established clients, offering a highly personalised service across Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order, from styling and product recommendations through to appointments and ongoing clienteling.
The team is looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and proactive – someone who enjoys selling, takes ownership of their clients and brings a positive energy to the boutique.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Developing your own client book and encouraging repeat business
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
- Delivering a personal, high-touch luxury shopping experience
- Styling clients across Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order
- Following up with clients on new collections, products and appointments
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and attract new clients
- Supporting client appointments, fittings and events
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve store targets
- Maintaining exceptional standards across the boutique
About You
- Experience within luxury or premium fashion retail
- A proven track record of achieving individual sales targets
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building experience
- Experience working with luxury, VIP or high-value clients
- A confident, energetic and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and personalised service
- The ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team
