We are partnering with a well-established, fast-moving beauty brand that is continuing to scale across key UK retail channels. The company is looking to hire a commercially driven National Account Executive to support growth across their national accounts. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, high-energy team where you’ll have strong exposure across sales, retail, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage key national retail accounts across both in-store and online channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as a key point of contact
  • Support the delivery of sales strategies aligned with business goals and joint business plans
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activity in collaboration with internal teams
  • Oversee point-of-sale materials, ensuring product stands and displays are well maintained and in line with brand standards
  • Analyse sales performance and deliver insights to support decision-making
  • Manage forecasting and support budget tracking to optimise performance
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within a National Account Executive or similar commercial role (FMCG or beauty preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting retail accounts, ideally with exposure to POS and in-store execution
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach
