About the Role:
As Allocator, you\’ll play a crucial role in managing stock across our stores and digital channels, ensuring products are where they need to be-on time, in the right quantities, and in the right place. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performing, collaborative team and contribute to the ongoing success of a much-loved retail brand.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate new lines accurately and on time, following department plans
  • Monitor and manage replenishment systems to optimise stock levels
  • Support promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns with stock planning
  • Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and the web team to ensure timely deliveries and launches
  • Proactively identify stock issues and propose solutions
  • Analyse stock levels across stores, online, and warehouse to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide insightful reports and contribute to ad hoc analysis
  • Collaborate across departments to support team success

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an Allocator or similar merchandising role (preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs beneficial)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
