Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
Are you a commercially driven product expert with a great eye for design, a passion for home and accessories, and a talent for sourcing brilliant products?
We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing, business looking for a Head of Product & Sourcing to take ownership of product strategy, development and sourcing across a portfolio of lifestyle brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the combination of creativity, product, commercial strategy and getting things done!
THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll have real autonomy and influence, to shape product ranges, identify trends, build supplier partnerships and drive profitable growth.
- Lead the entire product journey, from concept and sourcing through to launch and sell-through.
- Identify exciting new products and trends across home, lifestyle and accessories.
- Build and manage international supplier relationships, negotiating the best quality, cost and lead times.
- Drive product margins, stock availability and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external design partners to bring exciting new ranges to market.
- Help shape the product strategy and processes as the business continues to grow.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re particularly interested in individuals who have:
- A strong background in buying, product development and sourcing within home, lifestyle or accessories.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills, with international sourcing experience.
- A sharp commercial eye, combined with a genuine passion for product and design.
- The energy, flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a founder-led business.
