We are working with an exciting and growing business within the premium beauty and lifestyle sector, looking to appoint an experienced Marketplace Manager to drive its online marketplace performance across the UK and international markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven ecommerce professional to take ownership of marketplace trading, accelerate online growth and maximise profitability across major third-party platforms.
You will:
- Own the day-to-day trading and commercial performance across Amazon and other key online marketplaces
- Develop and execute marketplace trading strategies to drive revenue, margin and profitability
- Manage product listings, marketplace SEO and content optimisation to improve visibility and conversion
- Plan and manage the marketplace trading calendar, including promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Own marketplace advertising, managing budgets and optimising ROAS and TACoS
- Work with internal teams on stock forecasting, replenishment and fulfilment, including Amazon FBA
- Manage pricing, promotions and brand consistency across marketplace channels
- Build relationships with retail partners, marketplace account managers and external agencies
- Monitor performance using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and marketplace analytics
- Identify opportunities to expand into new marketplaces and international markets
We are looking for someone with 3-5+ years' marketplace management or ecommerce trading experience, ideally gained within beauty, wellness, FMCG or lifestyle brands.
You’ll need strong Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central experience, a proven understanding of marketplace advertising, listing optimisation and commercial performance, and confidence working with data to drive profitable growth.
You’ll be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of the full marketplace function within a smaller, growing business.
