We are partnering with a premium British luxury menswear brand to recruit a Made‑to‑Measure Specialist for their flagship London store. This is a full‑time role based in London and offers a bonus structure linked to MTM performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver a luxury, consultative made‑to‑measure experience
- Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships
- Develop a personal client book and drive repeat business
- Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets
- Tailoring & Product Knowledge
- Conduct fittings and measurements with precision
- Advise clients on fit, fabrics, styling, and garment construction
- Maintain strong knowledge of tailoring products, fabrics, and seasonal collections
- Store Operations
- Manage MTM orders and track progress through to delivery
- Support in‑store events, client appointments, and activations
- Ensure fitting areas and fabric books are maintained to a premium standard
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider retail and operations teams
- Share client insights and product feedback
- Support training around MTM services where required

- Experience within luxury retail, tailoring, or made‑to‑measure services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for craftsmanship, styling, and luxury client service
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
