We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. This is a varied and hands‑on role requiring someone proactive, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Prioritise and respond to emails on behalf of senior stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow‑ups
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions
- Monitor key projects, deadlines, and business priorities
- Maintain and update CRM systems and contact records
- Process expenses and support finance‑related admin
- Organise events, including team socials and off‑sites
- Provide administrative support across the wider team as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
