Key Responsibilities

  • Lead both store teams to deliver a premium, customer-first experience at all times.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs across both locations.
  • Champion clienteling, CRM activity and community engagement to build long-term brand loyalty.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to an exceptional level across both stores.
  • Recruit, coach and develop Assistant Managers and wider teams.
