Qualifications
- Industry relevant experience gained in either a retail or head office based role preferred.
- Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
- Genuine passion and interest in the fashion, beauty and direct to consumer industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel etc.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
