We\βre looking for a proactive, detail-driven Accountant to join a super friendly business based in central London team. You\βll handle day-to-day finance operations while helping to shape smarter, more efficient processes as the business grows internationally.
What You\βll Do
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable end-to-end β billing, payments, credit control, reconciliations.
Oversee cash flow forecasting and foreign currency management (USD hedging, forwards, supplier payments).
Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns (business & pension scheme).
Produce quarterly & year-end management accounts (stock, depreciation, accruals, reconciliations).
Work with sales, product & leadership teams to improve financial efficiency and product costing.
Administer a small SSAS Pension Scheme , coordinating payments and documentation.
Support general office finance needs β contracts, insurance, supplier reviews, and process improvements.
What You\βll Bring
5+ years in accounting roles, with VAT and management accounts experience.
Understanding of international trade, importing, and FX.
Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets (ideally).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach.
