H&H are a family run business since 1999. Experts of the commercial vehicle trade in all aspects. Specialising in the Vehicle Rental & Vehicle Sales.
With a small but effective workforce of around 12-14 staff members we have grown to be one of the largest rental companies in north London. With a large client base of over 1200 companies and individuals who use or services on a daily basis. H&H are known as the one stop shop for commercial vehicle needs. Role responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer enquires via telephone / face to face / emails
- Creating customer reservations and handling account customer invoices
- Helping to carefully manage customer reservations
- Making sure customer requests are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Maintaining fleet information effectively
- Be able to work under pressure during peak times
- Occasionally delivering or collecting company vehicles
Applicant Specification:
- Full UK driving license (mandatory)
- Experience in customer service face to face (mandatory)
- Have a friendly & pleasant telephone manner (mandatory)
- IT standard knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, Excel) (mandatory)
- GCSE’s in Maths, English Grade C or above.
- Have keen attention to detail and problem solving qualities
- Have good punctuality and work ethic
- Be able to work efficiently on their own or within a team.
- To work alternative weekends (mandatory)
- Any experience in rental/ vehicle sales/ vehicle repair (an advantage)
- A working knowledge of commercial vehicles (an advantage)
- Be a UK resident and have eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willing to always learn new skills and features within the daily routine of the company.

H&H are based in Kentish Towen, North London., And have our sister company CVS Vanhire based in Tottenham. The role would be based In Kentish Town. However occasional call outs to collect/deliver vehicles may be required. We are near Kentish Town Train Station with plenty of cycling routes nearby and on site employee parking.
