Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

Answering phones and booking appointments

Responding to queries via phone, in person and email

Registering new clients

Completing insurance forms

Dispensing medications

Taking payments
-
And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice

Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!

Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations

An excellent communicator with strong empathy

Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public

A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
