Location: Diss (Site based)

Salary: Up to £35,000 plus benefits

Pet lover and passionate warehousing professional? CVS Group owns 550 veterinary practices across the UK and Australia, with our own distribution and warehousing network for both our clinics and a D2C ecommerce operation. With our growth and success, supply chain operations have become more complex, and we are hiring a dedicated Inventory Supervisor to improve and control the health of our inventory.

What we need:

  • Process and systems thinkers to assess stock health, prevent stock loss, and maximize space to reduce wastage in our operations.
  • Collaborators able to identify process improvements to drive efficiency inside the warehouse and within our sales, purchasing, and operational teams.
  • Forward thinkers to anticipate and plan for changes needed as we introduce new product lines and onboard new suppliers.
  • An approachable expert in logistics or warehousing, whether acting as a superuser of the WMS (preferably JDA, but open to others) or discussing niche issues with other departments.
  • The ability to influence and inform a wide audience is essential.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills, along with a sound inventory management background, are important.
  • Confidence to take ownership of projects, proactively address potential issues, with support from the wider team.
