We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Clinical Director to join us at Masefield Veterinary Centre, Malvern. We are a lovely team of 3 Vets, a PM, 5 nurses and 4 receptionists, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We are extremely proud of our team, not only due to their drive and passion, but also due to their growth and development.

Working closely with the Regional Director, Operations Management teams, HR, Finance and all other support staff resources:
- Business development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data, and KPI Dashboards.
- Establishing a quality improvement framework embraced by the practice.
- Consistent financial performance reviews, meeting and exceeding budgets regularly.
- Timely management of all issues.
The role is full time, we could tailor the rota to be over a 4-day week with approx. 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota commitments with occasional inpatient visits on a Sunday if required.
