Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Swansea for a Parts Manager. The Parts Manager will oversee inventory control, manage service parts, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, fulfilling client orders, and collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for implementing process improvements for inventory management and actively addressing client needs to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management systems
- Strong skills in Service Parts management and process optimization
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Proven capability to manage client relationships effectively
- Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the commercial vehicle repair or automotive industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented workshop
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with inventory software are advantageous
