About the role:

This is a flexible, casual position perfect if you're looking for variety. You'll play a key role in creating a warm, hotel-style experience for every guest.

What you'll be doing as a Casual Receptionist:

  • Welcoming guests and delivering first-class customer service
  • Handling reservations, enquiries, and guest check-ins
  • Managing billing, payments, and daily cashing up
  • Operating the switchboard and coordinating with departments
  • Supporting guests with information, luggage, and room access
  • Occasionally helping out with events and other departments
