We’re looking for a Senior CRM Campaign Executive to join a fast‑paced digital and marketing team responsible for delivering engaging, data‑driven customer communications for a major UK consumer brand.

The Role
This role focuses on planning, executing and optimising multi‑channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and growth. You’ll work closely with marketing, insight and data teams to deliver targeted communications across channels such as email, SMS and app messaging, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and app channels
- Supporting the planning and execution of multi‑channel campaign activity aligned to key marketing moments and promotions
- Working with internal teams and agencies to brief, build and launch campaigns
- Using customer data and behavioural insight to segment audiences and personalise communications
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to optimise engagement and results
- Running test‑and‑learn initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with data protection and compliance standards
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of email, SMS and app marketing channels
- Experience managing campaigns from brief through to delivery and reporting
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and turn insights into improvements
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience working with creative or media agencies
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
