A fast-growing, product-led SaaS business is looking for a hands-on HubSpot / Revenue Operations specialist to help take their commercial systems to the next level. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of HubSpot β building smart automations, fixing messy pipelines, improving reporting, and making sure Sales, Marketing and Customer Success are genuinely working from the same playbook.
The successful candidate will take ownership of HubSpot and act as the go-to person for commercial systems and processes. Day to day, this will include:
- Owning and optimising HubSpot across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- Designing workflows, automations and pipelines that reflect real customer journeys
- Improving CRM data quality, structure and usability
- Creating clear, practical reporting and dashboards for commercial teams
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure HubSpot supports growth, not friction
- Staying hands-on β this is a delivery-focused role, not a purely strategic one
This role would suit someone who:
- Understands commercial flows end to end
- Enjoys tailoring CRM setups to suit the business rather than applying generic templates
- Is comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with wider teams
- Thinks creatively about automation and efficiency, not just box-ticking configuration
A genuinely growing business with clear ambition and direction. Opportunity to own and shape how HubSpot is used as the company scales. Exposure across multiple teams with real influence and autonomy. Flexible working with a grown-up, outcomes-focused culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone who sees HubSpot as a commercial engine β not just a marketing tool β and wants to make a tangible impact in a scaling SaaS environment.
