We’re looking for a skilled Senior CRM Analyst to support our client and help optimise and target multi-channel marketing campaigns using data driven insights. You’ll be defining and building customer audiences, analysing campaign performance, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:- Create and optimise player audience segments for targeted CRM campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic insights to improve ROI.
- Enhance CRM data quality by creating new fields and optimising available data.
- Ensure compliance with participant protection principles and campaign governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data and marketing solutions
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Test & Target, IBM Unica)
- Strong analytical skills and experience delivering actionable insights from customer data.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
