Our client is an established and growing utility company delivering projects for clients across London and the South East. They are currently expanding their team and looking for a Transport Coordinator to work in the plant and transport division. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly while working as part of a team.

Salary to £30k | 25 Days Holiday | Annual Discretionary Bonus | Monday - Friday 07:30–16:00

Transport Coordinator Key Essentials:

  • Manage daily vehicle movements
  • Schedule and allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently
  • Liaise with drivers throughout the day and respond to operational issues
  • Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
  • Monitor servicing schedules and ensure that jobs are completed on time
