Key Essentials:
- As a Senior Q.S, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial aspects under JCT form of contract.
- Involved in procurement and preparing work quotations including bills of quantities.
- Overseeing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitoring variations and carrying out applications for payment.
- Taking ownership of any contractual disputes or claims.
- Providing commercial support across the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Q.S on Carpentry / Construction projects.
- Excellent commercial awareness with clearly demonstrable experience at Senior Q.S level.
- Good knowledge of JCT form of contract.
