Our client is a leading multi-utility company with a healthy order book for the next four years. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to expand their management team with a Project Feasibility Supervisor to work on large diameter pipelines and HV power projects.
Salary to £52k | Company Car or Allowance + Fuel card | Annual Bonus | Stakeholder Pension | 25 Days Holiday + bank holidays
Project Feasibility Supervisor Key Essentials:
- Planning and designing pipe / cable routes and customer connections
- Compiling and managing feasibility surveys and reports including presentations and drawings
- Management of feasibility studies and site surveys with effective deployment of resources to ensure works are delivered compliant to programme and budget
- Liaising with relevant authorities regarding working methods and procedures for Special Engineering Difficulties (SEDs) and documenting all information
- Identifying and providing cost-effective innovations for works
- Working closely with the Estimating department, providing operational and technical guidance with bid preparation for tender programmes. This includes route surveys and construction schedules
- Ensuring that all SHEQ policies and procedures are in place
- Compiling RAMS and project scope of works
- Inputting information and providing reports
- Using site surveys to prepare job packs for wayleave documents
- Compiling cable packs with public infrastructure access documentation and straight line diagrams
- Regularly liaising with clients, local authorities and utility representatives regarding forthcoming work schedules
Project Feasibility Supervisor Requirements:
- As a Project Feasibility Supervisor you should have previous utility site surveying experience with good knowledge of methods of construction, NRSWA regulations and Streetwork permitting
- Qualified with NRSWA and SSSTS
- Good organisational, negotiation and time-management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
