Quantity Surveyor Key Essentials:- Reporting to the Managing Q.S, as Quantity Surveyor your role will involve managing commercial aspects across utilities projects
- Administer NEC contracts, taking a lead on change management, compensation events, and variations
- Cost forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
- Liaising with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Supporting procurement and subcontract management
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years’ practical experience
- Background in the utilities sector (power, water, telecoms, or civils)
- Strong NEC contract knowledge, particularly change / compensation events
- Confident user of MS Excel
- Commercially aware, organised, and proactive
- Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business
