Our client is a successful utilities and infrastructure contractor who is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their Fleet and Operations team.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to progress into a specialist operational support role.

Salary to £25,000 | Company Vehicle + Fuel | Stakeholder Pension | 28 Days Holiday | Genuine Career Progression What you'll be doing You'll become a key member of the operations team, providing administrative support and helping ensure company vehicles, plant and equipment are available when needed.

Your duties will include

  • Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and hire documentation
  • Updating fleet and asset records
  • Coordinating vehicle, plant and equipment deliveries and collections
  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers and operational teams
  • Producing reports for management
  • Supporting the onboarding of new vehicles and equipment
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team
  • Assisting with stock and equipment tracking

No previous fleet experience is required - training will be provided.

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who enjoys administration and wants to build a long-term career.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous administration or office experience
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full UK Driving Licence Experience within construction, utilities, logistics or transport would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
