Streetworks Scheduler Key Essentials:- Coordinating and planning streetwork activities across gas infrastructure projects to ensure works are delivered efficiently and in line with local authority requirements.
- Submitting and managing permits via Street Manager in accordance with streetworks legislation.
- Scheduling work programmes to optimise operational efficiency while minimising disruption to the public and local stakeholders.
- Liaising with site teams, supervisors and local authorities to ensure works are correctly planned, approved and compliant.
- Monitoring permit approvals, conditions, durations and deadlines to ensure all works remain compliant.
- Maintaining accurate streetworks documentation and ensuring all records are up to date.
- Supporting site teams with programme updates, schedule adjustments and coordination of works.
- Ensuring compliance with NRSWA requirements and streetworks regulations across all scheduled works.
- Previous experience as a Streetworks Scheduler or Coordinator on utility projects.
- Experience scheduling utility works and using Street Manager for streetworks permitting.
- Excellent knowledge of streetwork legislation, permit processes and local authority requirements.
