We're partnering with a well-established civil engineering company with a strong order book and a growing team. We're looking for an Administrator to support ongoing projects and eventually progress into a Project Coordination role.
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to our busy project teams
- Handling data entry, document management, and team coordination
- Managing phone calls, email traffic and welcoming visitors to the office
- Supporting other departments with general administrative tasks
- Gaining exposure to project coordination and operations in civil engineering
Qualifications
- Strong administration experience
- Good attention to detail and able to manage competing tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Experience in a fast-paced or project-led environment is a bonus
