We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent basis to help support our customers by providing an outstanding experience to all of our customers at the Clyde Valley Group. Working with our customers to understand their needs and manage their expectations to produce quality outcomes and resolutions. In your role, you'll be handling all incoming interactions for the organisation across all areas of the business.
Overall Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
- Customer Service: Provision of an efficient and courteous enquiry service to all customers, with a particular emphasis on call handling.
- Other channels include face-to-face, email, SMS, webchat, online portal, and social media.
- Enquiries will include repairs, housing allocations, rent and payments, estate management.
