Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Property Services Technical Inspector to oversee responsive repairs, void, cyclic and planned maintenance across our housing stock.
You will inspect, QA and provide technical oversight, reporting to the Property Services Senior Contract Lead.
You will ensure works meet specifications, safety requirements and customer expectations, while generating detailed defect reports and clarifying complex findings for non-technical colleagues and customers.
