As we continue to invest in our homes, strengthen our Asset and Compliance service and develop our long-term asset management strategy, we've created a number of new roles within the directorate, including this newly established Asset Intelligence Data Analyst position.

You'll play a key role in ensuring we have the information, intelligence and evidence needed to invest in our homes, improve services, support regulatory compliance and deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Reporting to the Senior Asset and Compliance Lead, you will
- Develop, maintain and analyse asset, compliance, stock condition and performance data.
- Produce meaningful reports, dashboards and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Help identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve asset performance, compliance and customer outcomes.
- Support investment planning, component forecasting and long-term asset management strategies.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across asset management systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to improve the quality, accessibility and use of asset intelligence, embedding an evidence-led approach to compliance assurance, investment planning, performance reporting, service delivery and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a curious, analytical and forward-thinking individual who can turn data into meaningful insight.
You'll have
- Experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting data.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience of Excel, Power BI or other reporting and dashboard tools.
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable way.
- Experience of working with property, housing, compliance, asset management or performance information.
- Confidence working with different data sources and systems, with the ability to spot gaps, improve data quality and translate information into practical insight.
- A genuine interest in using data and insight to improve homes, support communities and deliver better outcomes for customers.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in data analysis, housing, asset management, business intelligence or a related discipline.
