About the Role

You will be working within a specialist SEN hub, supporting a small group of 6-8 Key Stage 2 pupils with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. The school has been rated “Good” and prides itself on its nurturing ethos and strong team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored speech and language interventions to support pupil development
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to implement individual support plans
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
