Bright Star Talent are delighted to be supporting a well‑established primary school in Kingstanding, Birmingham, in their search for a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team on a full‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is ready to take on additional responsibility, support across the school, and confidently lead learning when required. The school is known for its strong community feel, supportive leadership, and commitment to high standards.

You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across different year groups, delivering interventions, and occasionally covering whole classes in the absence of the teacher.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading whole‑class sessions in the teacher’s absence
  • Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress
  • Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging activities
  • Providing support for pupils with additional needs where required
