Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate Director and VP‑level relationships with hotel chain and management company partners
  • Carry new‑booked business and renewal quota
  • Identify and close sales opportunities, including contract renewals, cross‑sells, and add‑on app sales
  • Present product and service information to corporate accounts
  • Develop and execute targeted key account plans and penetration strategies
  • Set aggressive revenue goals and accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reports
  • Manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction with Cvent products and organization
  • Oversee resolution of customer issues, ensuring acknowledgment and resolution within 24 hours
  • Lead and develop Sales Development Representatives
  • Monitor and report sales activity within the system, and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history
  • Experience in customer‑facing, revenue‑generating sales role (preferred)
  • Experience selling or managing accounts in hospitality, SaaS, or technology sectors preferred
  • Strong relationship management, consultative selling, and product demonstration skills
  • Ability to close contracts and manage end‑to‑end sales cycles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong multi‑tasking ability and experience working in a dynamic, fast‑changing entrepreneurial environment
