Salary: up to £40-50K depending on experience + daily lunch allowance (c. £2K per annum), 15 days overseas remote working, private pension, 26 days of holiday, including birthday leave and excluding bank holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity leave.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Operations & Project Coordinator Italian or French speaking to join this growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, supporting governance activities, coordinating projects, and contributing to the smooth running of an international organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support business operations, governance processes, leadership reporting, documentation management and marketing initiatives while working closely with colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross-company industrial project coordination and reporting activities under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
  • Prepare and coordinate leadership updates, presentations, meeting materials and business documentation.
  • Assist with the coordination of commercial contracts, agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between the Legal and Business teams.
  • Maintain governance documentation, project records and business archives.
  • Support the tracking of governance actions and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and communication activities supporting business development.
  • Assist with cross-functional coordination among business units and corporate functions.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports, business updates and management reporting.
  • Assist in ensuring documentation is maintained accurately and in line with governance requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business operations, project coordination, governance, administration or a similar support role. We are looking for candidates with past experience in consultancy roles e.g. big4 / consulting firms.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent document management and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and functions effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and related collaboration tools.
  • Fluent in Italian or French and English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
