We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Operations & Project Coordinator Italian speaking to join this growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, supporting governance activities, coordinating projects, and contributing to the smooth running of an international organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support business operations, governance processes, leadership reporting, documentation management and marketing initiatives while working closely with colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross-company industrial project coordination and reporting activities under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
- Prepare and coordinate leadership updates, presentations, meeting materials and business documentation.
- Assist with the coordination of commercial contracts, agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between the Legal and Business teams.
- Maintain governance documentation, project records and business archives.
- Support the tracking of governance actions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and communication activities.
