Job Title: Fitter\’s Mate – MVHR Systems

Location: Nationwide

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday. 40 hours per week

About CVC Systems:

CVC Systems is a leading provider of Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) solutions in the UK. We are currently looking for a Fitter\’s Mate to assist with the first and second fix installation works of MVHR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry, with on-the-job training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled Installers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of MVHR systems
Carry out first and second fix tasks on site, including prepping and organising tools and materials
Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition
Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Provide general support on site to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards

Requirements:

Previous site work experience and use of power tools is preferred, but not essential
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
CSCS card is preferred, but not essential
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
