Citizens Advice Croydon is seeking a Lead Energy Adviser to join our local charity team. You will assess clients’ energy needs, identify practical support steps, and deliver tailored advice across multiple channels, including workshops.
We welcome applicants with Citizens Advice Energy training or NEA Level Energy Awareness training; or at least one year’s experience in generalist advice or welfare benefits, debt or housing casework.
