We are seeking a skilled, creative, and strategic Data Products Manager who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team in Solihull, UK. This role is responsible for ensuring that CV’s data products are high-value: actionable and scalable and bring data insights to life, enabling CV’s teams, initiatives, and leadership make informed decisions using data.
Leading a team of data analysts and BI developers, and working in partnership with the Data Operations Manager, the Data Products Manager acts as a senior business analyst interfacing with all parts of the organisation. They own the data products roadmap for solving business questions, and manage the user delivery platforms and tools to ensure that teams across CV, and trusted partners, are empowered and equipped to maximize value from data products leveraging data as a strategic asset for insight generation, decision-making and missional learning.
Specific Responsibilities- In coordination with the Data Operations Manager, define and manage the full lifecycle and roadmap of certified data products — including datasets, semantic models, dashboards, data stories, business glossaries, catalogues, and analytics apps — ensuring they meet organisational, functional, and initiative needs.
- Translate diverse business requirements into clear product specifications and manage the intake, backlog refinement, and prioritisation of reporting and analytics requests.
- Line Manage Data Analysts and BI Developers in the Data and Insight Team, setting objectives, coordinating workload, and fostering strong delivery capability and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ensure cohesive collaboration between the Analyst team, Data Operations, and other Technology functions to enable smooth data flow, system interoperability, and shared accountability.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, and visual insights in tools such as Power BI, ensuring they are well‑documented, performant, and aligned to user needs.
- Partner with Data Operations, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to maintain and optimise data product environments (e.g., Power BI domains and workspaces) for secure, efficient access and reliable performance.
- Embed key dashboards, insights, and triggers into stakeholder workflows, supporting their integration into daily decision cycles and organisational rhythms, and providing documentation and training to support adoption and maximisation of value.
- Develop and implement a data communications and literacy strategy, in collaboration with CV’s communications team, to make data resources, catalogues, and knowledge bases accessible, visible, and well‑understood.
- Champion data‑informed culture across CV by deploying enablement resources, providing tailored guidance to non‑technical users, and modelling excellence in data storytelling and interpretation.
- Track adoption, performance, and impact of data products, establishing metrics and feedback loops to drive iterative improvement and demonstrate business value.
- Act as a strategic business analyst and cross‑functional connector, partnering with Mission, Governance, and other Functions to ensure analytics solutions are aligned with CV’s strategic goals and empower self‑service insight across the organisation.
- As part of a global organisation, you will be required to collaborate across time zones, which may involve out‑of‑hours availability.

- At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, BI developer and product manager with strong expertise in enterprise deployment and adoption of data analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI/Fabric, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.
- Bachelors degree in a numerate or analytical discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, data science or operational research.
- Postgraduate or professional qualifications with an emphasis on product management would be an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.
- Experience in the use of AI tools and agents for analytics and insight generation would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements which provide intuitive analytical outputs.
- Experience with enterprise data models or data warehouses.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices and commitment to championing data privacy, quality, and stewardship.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing technical and human resources to provide data solutions and services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally cross‑functionally and cross‑culturally across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience of working internationally and cross‑culturally would be an advantage.
- Experience in collaborative team working, contributing to and encouraging a culture of service delivery of the highest quality.
- Ability to think and act creatively, and adaptably to problem solve.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
