We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery
  • Responding to electrical breakdowns and fault finding efficiently
  • Working on a range of production and automated equipment
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
  • Assisting with mechanical maintenance when required

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained or qualified Electrical Engineer NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or industrial environments
  • Strong electrical fault-finding abilities
  • Experience with motors, sensors, conveyors, inverters, PLCs or automation equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
